After paying over $63,000 Here is my personal Review of Custom Kitchen Baths & Beyond.

I hired Mark for a 63K Remodel, it came with many issues. I was happy when it was over but now my floors are coming apart due to bad installation. Currently going through legal channels as Mark is not honoring the conclusion of the Professional Floor Inspection as agreed upon in the contract with Mark, Myself and International Wholesale Tile that required me to pay $500 up front. The conclusion was 3 counts of bad installation and the agreement was I would be reimbursed the $500 if i was found to not be at fault. I will share the whole experience below. At some point some one has to speak out to injustice. Do background checks before doing business with CKBB and International Wholesale Tile. Probably worth mentioning that Mark’s Floor representative from International Wholesale and tile is Mark’s cousin. As well as the floor, I purchased the kitchen cabinets and bathroom tile from Mark. I thought it would be better to keep it in house. I tried to keep it simple & seamless.
